About Me
Hi, I’m Victoria, founder of Every Body Welcome Fitness.
For years, I cared for people as a registered nurse, supporting individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives. That experience shaped the way I approach fitness today: with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every body deserves to feel safe, supported, and capable.
My own journey with movement has not been linear. Living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), POTS, MCAS, and navigating life as a neurodivergent person in a bigger body has taught me firsthand how frustrating, isolating, and overwhelming traditional fitness spaces can feel. I know what it’s like to be told to “just push through” when your body needs something different. I also know the incredible power of movement when it’s adapted with understanding, patience, and respect.
That’s why I created Every Body Welcome Fitness, a space where you don’t need to change yourself to belong. Here, movement is not about punishment, perfection, or fitting into a mould. It’s about building trust with your body, improving function, increasing confidence, and finding ways to move that actually support your nervous system and your life.
My approach combines evidence-informed movement with lived experience, helping clients feel stronger, safer, and more empowered in their bodies, whether they are managing chronic illness, recovering postpartum, navigating aging, or simply looking for a more inclusive and compassionate approach to fitness.
I specialize in working with people who have often felt left behind by mainstream fitness culture, including those with hypermobility, chronic pain, dysautonomia, neurodivergence, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and older adults seeking sustainable strength and mobility.
